We are going to piece together TURNING POINTS in Early American History. Using the blank puzzle pieces your group will receive, you are to identify the significant character(s), event(s) and/or location(s) to the NINE following dates.
1) 1492 2) 1588 3) 1607 4) 1619 5) 1651
6) 1763 7) 1775 8) 1781 9) 1787
On each puzzle piece you will (1) place the DATE prominently (2) include the EVENT associated with the date (3) and include VISUALS of significant information such as groups/people, geographical locations and/or related events. (4) Finally, when you are done, your group will type up and print a document correctly using the dates and their events in a complete sentence.
